In recent years, with the increase in the number of quality-guaranteed fans produced by major complete machine manufacturers, the demand for technical transformation and upgrading in the post wind power market has increased explosively. From the perspective of maximizing the owner's income, the overall improvement plan for the safety and efficiency of the wind farm is proposed.  The overall improvement plan is mainly divided into four parts, namely: the safety performance improvement of wind turbines; data analysis and pre-diagnosis; fault handling system upgrade; power generation increase.

The four parts can be carried out independently, but they do not exist completely independently. They are interrelated and organically unified. The owner has strong demand for the improvement of fan safety performance and power generation. At present, there are many manufacturers providing technological transformation programs for the aftermarket of wind power,, but some companies inevitably have follow-up hidden dangers due to the small number of technical teams, strong professionalism but not comprehensive enough. For example, there is no ability to check and verify the load of the whole machine while improving the power generation of the fan, high voltage ride through and pitch system, which may affect the safety of the fan in its life cycle.
