Photovoltaic power generation is emerging and becoming an important pillar to meet the global renewable energy supply.  Reliable lightning current/ surge protection device is necessary to prevent failures and improve the service life of inverters, so as to maintain the power generation of photovoltaic power generation system. SPDs must be installed at the key points of solar system to avoid high-cost equipment damage and downtime problems.

Based on IEC62305 and IEC 64643, for solar system, DC 1500V, DC 1000V, DC 800V, DC 600V, DC 500V spd, are requested.
